Terms and Conditions

The credit application is for an account with American Bioclean, Inc. on open payment terms. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returned checks will incur a $25 processing fee. A facsimile or electronic version of this document holds the same legal effect as the signed original.

By submitting the credit application, the applicant guarantees payment of all invoices and charges and confirms financial responsibility and willingness to pay.

If the applicant defaults and legal or arbitration action is necessary, and American Bioclean, Inc. prevails, the applicant agrees to cover all related costs.

Any restrictions on authorized users, changes in ownership, or changes in business structure must be submitted in writing to American Bioclean, Inc.

The applicant authorizes a credit check and agrees to the sharing of credit information with credit agencies.

RFID readers will be provided for gate entry and scale operations. Replacement of RFID readers is the customer’s responsibility.

Invoices not paid within 30 days will incur a 3% interest charge. Any legal action will take place in Volusia County, at the applicant’s expense.

American Bioclean, Inc. reserves the right to change these terms with prior written notice to the customer.
