Hotel Wastewater Disposal for Peak Season and Every Week in Between
Hotel Wastewater Disposal That Keeps Up with Occupancy
American Bioclean provides hotel wastewater disposal for properties across East Central Florida — grease trap waste from hotel kitchens, septage from older properties still on septic, and residuals from resorts running their own small treatment systems. Everything is treated at our own DEP-permitted facility in New Smyrna Beach.
Hotels do not generate waste evenly. A property that runs quietly in August can be full for Bike Week or a big weekend at the beach, and the kitchen, the septic system and the grease trap all feel it.

Built for the Spikes
Volusia County’s event calendar is not subtle. Speedweeks in February, Bike Week in March and Biketoberfest in October fill properties from Ormond Beach to New Smyrna, and on the Space Coast a launch weekend can do the same for Brevard County.
The loads that follow a busy week need somewhere to go. Three lanes mean your hauler is not queuing behind everyone else’s, 100,000 gallons of holding capacity means an unscheduled volume usually still gets taken, and tagged trucks can dump 24/7.
The Kitchen Side
Grease trap service and used cooking oil collection for hotel kitchens are handled by our sister company, North East Treatment, on (386) 843-0497. What they collect comes here, to a permitted site owned by the same family — a short chain of custody that is easy to explain to a brand auditor or an owner’s representative.
The used cooking oil is processed into renewable fuel rather than disposed of, which is a line worth having in a property’s sustainability reporting.
Properties Not on Sewer
Plenty of older motels, rural inns and resorts still run on septic or on their own small treatment plants, particularly along the Flagler coast and inland. Septage from those systems comes here with your pumping contractor, and residuals from a small domestic plant can too — call before the first load so we can confirm the material qualifies.
Documentation for the Owner's File
When your hauler dumps on a tag held on the property’s account, each load produces an itemized ticket — date, time, truck, weight in and out, gallons and price — emailed the same evening at 7:30 PM. For a general manager or a management company answering to ownership, that is one less record to chase.
Hotel kitchens: call North East Treatment on (386) 843-0497 for grease trap service. Properties and their haulers: call American Bioclean on (386) 304-1870 to set up an account.
