Records That Build Themselves
One of the simplest compliance improvements available to a hauler is not advice at all — it is a tag. Every load dumped with an RFID tag produces a detailed ticket, emailed to your company address at 7:30 PM the same evening: date, time, company, truck ID, weight in and out, gallons and price.
That is a contemporaneous, itemised record of every disposal, created without anyone remembering to file anything. When an inspector asks what you disposed of and when, the answer is already in your inbox.
