HOA Wastewater Disposal With Records That Outlast Every Board

HOA Wastewater Disposal for Community Systems

American Bioclean provides HOA wastewater disposal for communities across East Central Florida that run their own systems — shared septic, lift stations, clubhouse grease traps and small community treatment plants. Your pumping contractor brings the load; we are the DEP-permitted facility where it is treated.

HOA boards change every year or two. The obligations of a private wastewater system do not. One of the most useful things a board can leave its successors is a clear record of where the community’s waste has gone, and a destination with nothing on its own record to worry about.

Quick Facts

What a Community System Sends Us

Domestic waste only. Anything industrial or hazardous falls outside our permits.

Septage

From shared and community septic systems

Residuals and Sludge

From small community treatment plants — call before the first load so we can confirm it qualifies

Lift Station Pump-Outs

Again, a call first, since what qualifies depends on what is in the load

Grease Trap Waste

From clubhouse and amenity kitchens, collected by our sister company, North East Treatment

Records a New Board Can Find

When your contractor dumps on a tag held on the community’s account, every load produces an itemized ticket — date, time, truck, weight in and out, gallons and price — emailed to the address on file at 7:30 PM the same evening. Point that address at a shared association inbox rather than a volunteer’s personal email, and the history survives every election.

That record is worth having at budget time, when a reserve study asks what the system costs to run. It is worth having, too, if a regulator ever asks where the community’s waste has been going.

When Something Fails on a Saturday

Community systems do not fail at convenient times. With a tag, your hauler can bring a load in 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and our 100,000 gallons of holding capacity means an unplanned volume usually still gets taken. After-hours loads are billed as a full load, because the scale is not running.

Working with Your Management Company

If a management company runs the community day to day, we are happy to work with them directly. Ask us about keeping the account and the records in the association’s name, so they stay put when the management contract changes.

Many of the communities that run their own systems are in Flagler, Lake and west Volusia counties, where a lot of residential development sits beyond the reach of a sewer line.

Board member or community manager? Call (386) 304-1870 or email info@abio.us to set up an account in the association’s name.
