An RFID tag is what turns American Bioclean from a facility with opening hours into one that is available whenever you need it. It takes about five minutes to set up in the office, and each truck in your fleet gets its own.

How to Get One
Call any of the numbers on this website, or send us an enquiry through the site, with your company details and the truck information. We will make the tag up so it is ready when you get here — you do not have to wait around while it is created.
If you run several trucks, tell us and we will prepare a tag for each. Every load then gets attributed to the specific vehicle that brought it, while billing and reporting stay under one company account.
How It Works at the Scale

01: Set the Tag up Once
A five-minute visit to the office, or call ahead and it will be waiting for you. -
02: Pull Onto the Scale
Wave the tag across the black box reader. It records your loaded weight. -
03: Dump
That’s it. -
04: Weigh Out
Reverse back onto the scale and wave the tag again. It weighs you out and closes the ticket. -
05: Get Your Ticket
At 7:30 PM the same evening, a full ticket lands in your company inbox with the date, time, company, truck ID, weight in and out, gallons, and price.
What the Tag Gives You
Access 24 Hours a Day
Outside our office hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, the tag opens the electric gate. No call, no appointment, no waiting for someone to answer. After-hours loads are billed as a full load, since the scale is not running.
No Paperwork at the Scale House
Weighing in, weighing out and closing the transaction all happen automatically. You do not leave the cab to fill anything in.
Records That Build Themselves
At 7:30 PM each evening, a ticket for every load is emailed to your company address: date, time, company name, truck ID, weight loaded and empty, gallons and price. For anyone keeping disposal records — or producing them for an inspector — that is the job already done.
