Municipal Wastewater Disposal for Public Works and Utility Districts
Municipal Wastewater Disposal for the Hauled Side of the System
American Bioclean provides municipal wastewater disposal for the hauled side of public utility work: lift station and wet well pump-outs, residuals from small treatment plants, and the volume a system cannot hold when it is under strain. Everything is received and treated at our DEP-permitted facility in New Smyrna Beach.
For a public works director or a utility manager, the facility those loads go to becomes part of your own compliance record. Ours has had no violations since 2000.

Ready for Your Vendor File
Procurement wants to know three things about a disposal facility: that it is permitted, that its record is clean, and that it can document what it received. We are licensed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Volusia County Health Department, we have operated under that oversight since 2000 without a violation, and every load dumped on a tag produces an itemized ticket — date, time, truck, weight in and out, gallons and price.
If your vendor application needs something specific, call the office and we will get it to you.
Capacity for the Days Nobody Planned
A plant upset, a lift station failure, a week of heavy rain, a storm that knocks out power across a service area — these are the days a utility needs somewhere to send volume. Our 100,000 gallons of holding capacity is there to absorb loads that arrive unscheduled, and tagged trucks can dump 24 hours a day.
It is worth setting up tags and an account before you need them. The day a system fails is not the day to be filling in paperwork.
What Municipal Crews Bring Us
Every stream must be domestic waste, and anything new should start with a phone call so we can confirm it qualifies before the first truck rolls. Industrial and hazardous material falls outside our permits.
Lift Station and Wet Well Pump-Outs
From collection systems
Residuals and Sludge
From small domestic treatment plants
Septage
From public facilities still on septic — parks, fire stations, rural offices
